Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item, requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue.
